IN MEMORIAM - Founder Physician Friend
Mark Oberdoerster, MD - 1955-2024

With deepest sadness we share the loss of our colleague, Dr Mark Oberdoerster, who passed away in a tragic bicycle accident on August 24, 2024.

Dr Oberdoerster co-founded Partners in Internal Medicine in 1998 along with Dr Martha Gray. His dedication to providing excellent patient care in an ever-changing world of healthcare was an integral part of the practice’s success. It was his life’s passion realized to create relationships and even deep friendships with those he worked with and served. He truly felt it was his greatest honor to provide care in his community.

Dr Oberdoerster had an enthusiasm for learning new things and educating others. His jolly smile and sense of humor uplifted everyone around him. He touched countless lives and will be greatly missed.

The Mark Oberdoerster Internal Medicine Scholarship Endowment has been founded to further the education of those with the passion to serve as primary care physicians in their communities. Please visit the Mark Oberdoerster Internal Medicine Scholarship Endowment. Thank you!
