a Managed Care Service Representative
conveniently located in each of our
locations ready to serve as a liaison
between you, your Primary Care Physician
and your managed care health plan.
They can assist in simplifying your
efforts to meet your managed care needs.

you so you can make the best choices
for you and your family.
